You have been on a day out and there on the empty picnic table you see a camera that has been left behind. You realise that someone will get home and curse to high heaven as they have left it on that table. So you pick it up and take it to the car.On the way to work the next day you decide to take the film that is in the camera into the chemists to be developed, hoping that the pictures may give a clue as to who owns the camera. But when you go back after work you are in for a shock,OH YES,the whereabouts of the owner is clear enough on the pictures, the front door number is there and the street name plaque is showing. But theres one big problem, the photographs are of some of your neighbours frolicking in the woods having had some raunchy fun!!!!!!So what are ytou going to do,Mr and Mrs Peddleston- Jones dont look like a couple that would be a pair of raving goers,so how can you get around this, and what would you do???

I don't see any true way of getting around this obstacle except to keep the camera. But I wouldn't want to do that. I'd feel better and I'm sure Mr. and Mrs. Peddleston-Jones would too, if I were to just return them the camera along with the film I had developed to help find out who's camera it was. I would assure them that I wouldn't tell anyone of their frolicking. I would probably feel awkward around them from then on, but I would feel better about myself to return to them the property.

Hi there,so you would take the honest and the truthful way out of the situation and take the camera back, mentioning that there secret was safe with you.Well thats a fairly good idea you have there. So the film and the camera would go back to them an no one except you would be any the wiser.Im not too sure what I would do in this situation,im still giving it some thought at this end.Thankyou for commenting.

There's no way to get this camera back unless you tell them you have had the pics developed. They would feel a bit unfortable at first but I think getting their camera back is more important. You can start out that you have had the photos developed and that you are sorry that you saw some intimate times they had but that you didn't expect to see it and were looking for clues to find the owners.
If you know your neighbours well and they know you they will know that's true and they won't get mad at you; you were trying to help and you did the right thing.
Good luck on this one, it's easy to give advice but it's a lot trickier telling them in person.

It would be a very difficult situation to be in ,and I think that the cowardly way out would be the way that I would use,
