I want to know if anyone has used an electric ad belt to tone your stomach muscles? I just saw one on TV "The Contour Belt", but I don't know anyone who has tried it, so if anyone on mylot has tried it post a message and let me know if it worked for you and how good/bad was the results/ I also want to know if there are any side effects of using something like that?
