Do You Sleep With A Pillow Under Your Head?

I prefer no pillows while sleepin..I dunno ifa sleep flat or wat tho I jz drop down on my bed..In any way..No proper directions..Nothing..Jz drop down n sleep:) Dont need a pillow that ways:)

I have to sleep with a pillow under my head or I am not comfortable,whether it be a couch pillow,or something else soft,even though I do prefer my pillow because it is nice and firm,and it sleeps very comfortably.

Yeah, but it's kinda different though. I like to stack 2 hard pillows so it would be high enough for my neck to incline. I find it very uncomfortable when my head is lying straight. The two stacks do the trick of not allowing my head to sink into the pillow. I got used to it for years now. Before, I was using real soft and fluffy pillow for my head but I suffocate because my head sinks deep. Now, I have the other fluffy pillows all around me. My arms, my legs and one at the back. Can't get enough of 'em.

I have to have a pillow under my head. I can sleep without one but then I wake up with a very sore neck. The only time I have slept with out a pillow and not had a sore neck the next morning is when I slept on my boyfriend chest.

For me, I prefer sleeping with a soft pillow under, it's more comfortable, and make me sleep well. I felt like drowning if I don't have pillow. Thanks.

Definitely i need a pillow under my head to make me comfortable... Without a pillow, i cant rest for even 5 minutes.. I usually use three pillows, one for head, one for leg and the other one between the knees.... Have a nice night... CHEERS!!!

Under my head,under my arms,under my legs and in between my legs.I am a pillow freak.

I need a pillow, I feel like I'm sleeping in a coffin if I don't have something under my head. I need something to hug while I sleep on my stomach anyway. If I didn't have a pillow I would gather up a blanket and make it a pillow. I've fallen asleep before without a pillow and it killed my neck.

yes, I usually sleep with a pillow under my head. I preferred to have 1 soft pillow. I don't like hard ons because it makes my neck hurts. I am not snoring and I don't like to sleep with a very high pile of pillows. I just have only 1 and soft ones.

yes i sleep with pillow under my head... but i can sleep well even without pillows under my head as long as i have my hugging pillow.. hhehehe

i cant sleep with out a pillow .i was habituated to it .if i sleep without pillow i will get my nerves pain

I like to have a pillow under my head. Sometimes two pillows. It is a lot more comfortable to me overall. I have slept without pillows in the past. I just found that it wasn't very comfortable. Yes, I would have to say that I enjoy pillows and nice comfortable blankets and sheets especially in the winter.

I sleep with a pillow under my head and it must be a soft pillow. :) If it is too hard or too high, I would rather lie flat, otherwise, it will cause stiff neck or headache the next morning.

I don't snore that much.. but my mom,used to say that i snore a lot... As you said, i love to sleep, flat surface.. mostly i don't use my bed.. When i sleep in it, i get back ache.. and as my doctor advised to sleep on flat surface..on floor.. of course with a soft pillow..

Dear friend, I do sleep without pillow or may even without the bed when I have backache or back pain, other days I do have pillows and bed. When backpain comes I would prefer to sleep on the wood. Actually I rarely use pillows this do mean alwasy backache comes. I feel much comfortable without pillows while I sleep. During cold or other fever I keep my head on pillows.

Hello eihdra. I must have a pillow when I sleep. I don't like those really soft, down ones, my head sinks into it too much. I like to be propped up slightly, but not too much. I guess it's foam, but it's not one of those big huge foam pillows. When I'm reading in bed, I prop up with 3 pillows, one being quite large, out of foam.

I sleep with 2 pillows under my head. Can't sleep if either one of them will be taken away from me LOL. I also have migraines when my head is not supported.

i like to have pillows under my head ,or i can't sleep sound.and if there is no pillow , i can still stand it.

I put pillows for extra comfort and to support my head.
