so who is the best guitarist ever lived?!?

Hi music lovers, I'm playing guitar since I was in high school and theres a lot of Guitarist that I really idolize. Now I'm thinking, who is the best guitarist in the world, any one suggestions?

Do I have to pick one? Here's my favorites; Jimi Hendrix, Carols Santana, BB King, Angus Young and Joe Perry. These guys are the ones who inspire me to be a better musician. I would love to be able to play like them. Plus their all different so it would be cool if I could fuse their techniques together and come up with my own identity, lol.

That's a really hard one to answer! There are so many different styles of guitar playing. Carlos Santana would be up there - and Tommy Emmanuel. I haven't heard every guitarist in the world though, so there are sure to be many others!
