I'm not so fat but I need to lose a little more. I honestly hate exercising even If i'd do it at home. I want to lose weight the natural way and not take any pills or be on a crash diet..
What do you do to lose weight naturally?
Can you share your secret?

Do you like reading? Find a place with several steps, up and down these steps at a very very low speed while reading.
As to how slow... put your right foot on the first step, and rest for 2 second, then put your left foot on the second step, and then rest. Do this over and over again, 3 hours a day. You won't feel tired at all, but it's really effective.
I have lost 10 kilos in one month in this way.
Good luck!

Its been my experiance that dieting alone doesnt always work. If you have a balanced diet and take a walk, ride a bike or just some basic exercises help. You dont have to spend hours exercising, about ten to fifteen minutes a day will help.

oo also cutting off soda would be huge! so much sugar and calories. better to drink just water. if you want something with flavor, try green tea or other types of tea. some have anti-oxidants which can help too

do you like playing sports? you could play them more often as your method of exercise. and if not... just eat healthy. if you keep under the calorie count of 2,200 you should lose weight or at least not gain any weight. almost 90% of weight loss is dieting. good luck

ive noticed that as we grow older we have a hard time losing and shedding these excessive pounds. i am in my early 20s and im having issues on weight as well. it fluctuates once in a while. its frustrating because after i reached my weight goal, i developed the yoyo effect. it fluctuates once in a while. sigh...
but im not giving up. once in a while when i have time i do yoga at home even for 20 minutes only then i control my food intake. sometimes i do the emotional eating (the time when i'll start eating sweets to satisfy my low spirits hehe) which is not helpful but i do try to control those sweet cravings as it is not healthy for my bod. :)

Personally I think Its best to eat well balanced meals. Be sure to drink alot of water as well. Walking is my favorite form of excersise because you get fit conserve on the environment and if you walk somewhere you need to go anyways you save cash and its positive. Only eat what your are comfortable with and dont stuff yourself till your stomach stretches. Eat only what you need and watch to make sure the oils are good for you. Eat lots of fibers fruits and vegies. Hope you loose what you dont want and keep what you do.

Well, losing a little bit more weight is a bit easier. At least it is for me. All you have to do is just watch those calories. There's a calorie-count site that I know: www.calorie-count.com. They have a calculator for you and everything. I hope this helps~

Some of the best things anyone can do (not just those wishing to lose weight) are: eat little or no refined sugar, eat few (if any) simple carbs, be active (even if it that just means running around the yard with the kids), eat more fruits and veggies and eat less (if any) meat.
