We have enough youth...how about a fountain of SMART?

You need both smart and strong people. People who can enforce thier ideals and morals. They also should not be influenced by people getting to draw them away from these morals.

This is the best idea I've heard in years. Do you think the people who really need it would use it?

I agree it would be nice if we could just put some smartener upper in the drinking water so everyone would get smart, I mean do you know what I saw the other night at night time? I saw someone on the fourlane highway and they were riding a bike, with dark coloured clothing, and this was on a very dark section of the road, we almost did not see them, they were in the wrong lane even for a bicycle. I could go on and on about the dumb things I have seem people do some things stranger than others.

yes you are very correct and unfortunately many people still think this is the way to go,people easily commit crime knowing fully well that they will only be released on bail its a shame ,if you live in the country whre i live then i guess you have seen this thing in operation where hardend criminals even go on strike saying they are not given the kind of food they want its really a shame

I agree unfortunately it seems to be the people with money who control the top positions. I sometimes think they don't want everyone underneath getting smarter as they are scared they might lose their spot. We are surely lagging in the morals category though.

You would have to have a smart fountain beside the "learn how to use your new smarts" fountain. Some people are smart, they just use it in the wrong ways. Some of the "best" criminals in the world were genius. Why do you think they got away with so much before they got caught? I do agree that criminals need to stop getting such good treatment. I heard somewhere that a prisoner was trying to sue the prison because they wouldn't do something or another for his teeth. Really? A toothbrush should be plenty. We provide them better food, medical care, places to sleep, all of this better than some people have that are behaved citizens. Pretty sad...
