hi has anyone heard of this thing before? it's recommended by my dentist for my bruxism. he commented that my enamel is wearing really thin. also my jaws are aching like mad when i wake up. he said that this SCI will help reduce the grinding. this will let the jaw muscles rest and prevent my enamel from wearing out.
anyone wearing this? any side effects or you can't sleep without it?

i have not heard about this until you mentioned it, but the interesting thing is after i replied to your post on bruxism, i realised that there were many other discussion topics on bruxism! seems like quite a few mylotters have this as well. perhaps you could answer their threads and find out more of how they solve it.
hope you haven't been having this for long and it will go away soon without you having to invest in such an expensive treatment solution.

yes there are quite a number of discussions on bruxism. guess with the stressful modern life, sleep disorder is getting more common. so far there's no real cure for any sleep disorder. especially for bruxism which i've had since young. it's just that my parents felt that it's part and parcel of life. something like snoring, annoying but harmless. thanks for your suggestions, i'll definitely check out the other discussions. cheers ;p
