can you tell me what hemorrhoids are? my mom and dad keep on talking about it. what are its causes? please suggest some ways on how to prevent it. thanks!

well actually what i can say about it is, it occurs because of over straining of bowel, some factors include pregnancy but its normal for pregnancy, what i can only suggest my friend is include fiber in the diet and add additional fluid intake, i also suggest avoid spicy foods because it irritates the hemorrhoids which causes pain, actually if you got one the only cure is surgery.... keep healthy my friend and stay safe.... live laugh and love......
