In order to work for ChaCha as a guide, they require that one of the guides(master) send you an invite to your email address.
I will have some invites on Nov. 6th and I can send you one if you would like...
In the meantime...check out chacha www.chacha.com and search it with a guide and get a feel of it...

I was trying to download the application after I took the quiz ect... but I couldn't get java to download and now that I went back on the site to finish downlaoding everything I can't what should I do?

You might not can get java to download because U may already have it in your system.
For me..I didnt have to download thier java...it was already in my pc.
If you need some help... do you have yahoo or aim?

hello chacha guides! :) I'm one too. Just getting going. I was having trouble getting into training, so I'm still there. I'm super excited about the beta launch. I've been getting pretty frustrated at dropped seesions (thus the still training). but, I really love it. It's an amazing concept.
