I believe that reading in general is good for you. Not just a religious book. I personally believe in the Bible, but I wouldn't say that vocabulary wise that it has more benefits than the other. If you are talking religiously or spiritually, personally, I'd say read the Bible.

peace be upon you "...read more on bibles..." this a good sentence , so you admit that there are many bibles and one quran , so that show the faithfulness of the holy quran

Mind you holy books were not revealed to improve our language and vocabulary. These books contained truth about our Creator Almighty and guidance for us.Unfortunately some of these holy books were changed by some people. Now we have to see which book is still intact/ unchanged and which contain the latest divine will ??......No doubt our eyes will always look towards the Holy Quran as the most divinely protected book, having the original text.............
