I've bought lots of things on the internet, and never had any problems, as of yet. Most websites like amazon, and well known stores have secure sites. Paypal is very secure. It does not reveal your payment info to to the sellers. Hope this helps you.

I often buy things online but I always use secure sites to help protect my credit card information. That's about all you can do because your information really isn't safe offline either. Large retailers have had their internal records hacked which have included customer credit card and personal information. That's why it's best to monitor your credit regularly.

Yeah arddi, I had bought a story book which I longed for few years back from the internet. I made the payment by using my credit card. Since then I had never purchased any thing else from internet. If I come across any my favorite item which is not available in the market here I think I would still consider to buy it from the internet. Of course we might still face the risk of being hacked anyway. Take care and with best wishes.

I used Cash on Delivery when I ordered some things at ebay at times and so far, the transactions all went smoothly. You just have to deal with those with a good reputation and inquire as much as possible about the item that you want to purchase until your all satisfied with everything.
Though we could use online transactions to settles payments, Cash on Delivery still grants buyers and sellers that guarantee that they want and they could always call the deal off if the item that they want didn't really went with what they expected.

Yes I have but I only paid for it through PayPal, money order or a gift card. I would also recommend never using your credit card on the internet no matter how safe you might think it is. If a site won't let you use PayPal,money order, or gift card then your best bet would be to buy a reloadable Debit card that only has as much money as you need on it so they can't take any more then want then to.I am going to be getting one soom from RiteAid.

I buy things on line all the time. I recently ordered some Turkish Delight all the way from Istambul Turkey. I am interested in ordering things on line that I can not find locally, or that are cheaper to find in other ountries.

Hi,
I use my credit/debit card and paypal all the time to purchase things over the internet. I've been doing this regularly for probably the past 5 years. I remember when I first got on the internet I wasn't too keen on using credit cards, etc. to purchase things online, but in the last few years, I've ventured out and never had any problems with it. Most sites you go to have high security measures in place so that your credit info won't be hacked.
Have a great day!
Char
