Do you give money to your parents?

Hi,
For the time being, I am still a student and my personal finance depends on my parents. So, it is impossible for me to give money to my parents because I am not working.

I'm the bread winner in the family and I always give money to my parents every payday. It is a necessity to give money to them they are part of my budget.

Well, my dad is a really low-key down to earth type of guy, so I don't ever give him money - I get him things that I know he likes or things from the heart. However, my mother in law loves money more than anything else so we always give her a card with some money and she is always very thankful for that. I guess it just depends on the person & their likes!

Giving gifts is another way to show your love to your dad. It depends on person actually. Different people have different opinion on money.

If it is necessary, i will give them as much as possible. For example, they are old and they are ill. They need money to cure. it's my responsibilty to give the money and cure them. They bring me up but they never care for how much money they have spent in bringing me up so i will not care for it, either. The money is much less important than my parents' lives.

I send money to my parents every other week.They don't ask for anything from me but I just send it anyway.I just feel that they have always been there for me so I want to do all that I can for them now.

I always give my mother money, I have to force her to take it. My brother and I also pay for her cell phone every month. I love to make things easier for her, she deserves it.

When I graduated from college and got my job, my parents told me that they are not obliging me to give them money. They always told me to keep my money and save for my future. There are times that I would insist that they accept whatever I give them. They would often discourage me from doing this though. So what I do instead of giving them money is to buy some groceries and/or buy their vitamins.

You have such a good parent. They don't want to burden you financially. And I think you are doing the right thing to buy groceries for them. Maybe you can treat them for a nice holiday.

yes this is good quatoion for us. Becuase of the parents bourn to us and made us carrer. so that's way we should give all money to parent's this is my think. so i dont known what's ur.

when i was still single yes i give them my money. in fact, when i got my first salary after giving my tithes to church i gave them all my earnings. they didn't ask me to or even demanded but it's just a simple thank you for all that they gave and sacrificed for me.
