I am watching a tennis match at Wimbledon while posting here today. Do you watch the Wimbledon this year?
I am not really up to date on who's who in the world of tennis anymore, but I know a few names.
growing up we only had one tv channel and it would show the Wimbledon games all day during the tournament. We would pretend to be the stars and play soft tennis outside my grandparents house. It was during Bjørn Borgs reign. He was not my favorite. I liked Connors and McEnroe and Nastase much better. My favorite female player used to be Chris E. Lloyd. She was really beautiful I thought, and graceful.
Who are your favorite tennis players? Do you play tennis yourself?

I was a Borg fan, and rooted for him against those you mentioned. He was so skilled and phlegmatic; ice cool. The others whines too much. :)
I most enjoyed the era a little before that, with Rod Laver, John Newcome, Stan Smith, and others I'm struggling to remember now. The doubles were always great to watch also.

Venus Williams is doing very well now. I think she has a very good chance this year.
