Well that's very commendable, unfortunatley it's not a very common practise in this day and age.
Thanks for the reply Wil :)

This seems a very common thing to do before bed, how come all you people that drink water don't spend half the night peeing.....LOL
Thanks for the reply.

Such a wise move, my brother has forgotten to do this on numerous occassions and his eyes allways look terrible the next day.
Thanks for the reply.

I know where you are coming from with this one. My dog used to sleep on our bed until she got old, now she is incontenent and so she has to sleep in a special waterproof bed that we got for her. She's not too happy about it though.....LOL
Thanks for the reply.

I could never drink water before going to bed, it would make me wake up in the middle of the night wanting to go to the toilet, either that or wet the bed.....LOL.
Thanks for the reply.

I have a whole list of things that I do before bed. I go pee, then I weigh myself, then I brush my teeth, then I wash my face, then I go and change my sons pants so he does not leak all over his bed, then I check on my daughter and make sure she is covered, then I pee again and then I finally lay down and sleep! I am tired just thinking about all of this!

Wow, such a regime, it makes me tired just reading it....LOL. Do you weigh yourself after you've pee'd in the hope that takes a little bit more weight off LOL,
Thanks for the reply.

Is this the same as 'making' your bed? Why don't you do that when you get up in the mornings, it would save time later in the evening.
Thanks for the reply.

I know what you mean, there is nothing worse than trying to get to sleep with all the thoughts of the day just going round and round in your head and the more you try to ignore them the more you think about them.
Thanks for the reply.

That's a very good thing to do, as opposed to locking the lights and turning off the ddor. :)
Thx for reply.

Doesn't that lie heavily on your stomach? Is it warm milk or cold milk? I think I'll stick to my coffee.
Thanks for reply.

It all depends whether I'm drunk or not!! Usually it'll be blowing out candles.
If I'm drunk, it'd probably be to remove one shoe and collapse in a heap.

Why do you watch your watch? Are you watching your watch for any particular reason or do you just like watching your watch?
Thx for reply.
