How much us too much for a pair of shoes?

So, what is the highest price you'd pay for a new pair of shoes? I'm a pretty cheap person, and don't like to spend much on just one thing. I usually buy skechers, but I won't pay more than $50 for a pair of tennis shoes. And probably $30 for sandals. But, I usually buy my skechers on ebay so it's way cheaper :) How about you?

The most that I paid for a pair of shoes was 50 dollars, I wore it on our wedding day. but that was 8 years ago lol. Today, I would still buy one for the same price. anything above 50 is too much for me.:)

Yes I agree. Even if I was rich I wouldn't pay a lot for things...I'm just a cheap person :)

I think I may be a bit more cheap than you. But then again, I'm a student, so I have an excuse. I'm a flip flop person all the way, but I don't really care for the cheap $2 ones that break after a month. I usually invest $25 in a good pair of teva flip flops that are really comfortable and last over a year. Then for any other type of shoes (except for maybe boots) I hate spending more than $20. Yay for sale racks. =)

I love flip flops! I usually buy $5 ones...because then I can buy more than one pair :) I do kinda cringe at paying over $20 for shoes...but then I put them on and it's all better :)
