Whats the worse thing you have done to your spouse?

So what was the worse thing you have done? I will tell mine later though I figure Iam not alone. No bad mouthing any one! The first step is to admit fualt and I am working on that. So what have you done, was it a simple lie or did you cheat? no judgements here just want to know if others have the same problems i do. thanks

I would probably say in a whole on some occasions, mistrust. it goes along with not believing and doubting and thats about the worst I can think of. The only other thing is when we first got married and I was pregnant we had an argument and I threw my ring at him. Other then that, not I'm too ashamed of. But I wonder what my husband would say about things he's done to me? Our relationship is pretty good and he has done a lot of things to hurt me (emotionally mostly) but he doesn't see it and won't admit it.)

my husband has done a few things to cuase me tohurt but nothing like i have hurt him. mistrust is what i feel is the worst thing to do and i did it to him. We aqre working thr0ough it and i know it will be a long time before he trusts me again. thank you for responding. I do greatly appreciate it.
