PRK or LASIK eye surgery

Has anybody had either done? I had PRK about 1.5 weeks ago. My vision was where I had to wear around -6.0 contacts. I couldn't see hardly anything without contacts or glasses. I have been wanting LASIK for a few years now. I decided to go to a doctor and see if I was a candidate or not. I have too thin of corneas for LASIK so they recommended PRK. It's the same surgery, just that they don't make the "flap" on your cornea. It is still blurry world. I am a lot better than I was though. It was also more painful than LASIK. I went to a large center in Nashville, TN for my surgery and see a local doctor for my check-ups. I was just wondering if anybody else has had either done? OR if you have any questions, I can try to answer them.
