Nuts can cause zits/pimples?

Do you believe that eating nuts can cause pimples/zits? What can you say? Share you experience here.

I don't believe all that stuff. Stress and anxiety causes zits, especially when you're young.

I would guess that if a person is "sensitive" to a certain food (you can call it an intolerance) they will break out/ have all sorts of intestinal problems, headaches and all sorts of yummy stuff. When I was younger any time I went through a milk phase I would break out like crazy. Then I realized that I'm intolerant to a whole schwack of things. Now that I don't eat them, I only get breakouts around my period. Take Care Connie

I never had a problem with pimples while eating nuts. But a friend of mine had a problem with pimples eating nuts and chocolate. She went to the dr and he told her that nuts were not good for her because nuts have to much oil in them. He did give her this cream but I dont no the name of it. The cream helped her pimples, and she did not eat nuts no more. I guess it all depends what works for you.

no wayyyy i eat trailmix alot which has Cashews, Peanuts and Almonds, i also eat trailmix bars from Nature Valley and that also has nuts. as u can see i eat alot of them! and i have never encountered a problem.They dont cause pimples, thats just a myth. theyre very good for your body.
