In the uk you can get soy milk ice cream that is lactose free, it's aldo gluten free and low in cholesterol. I think you can get it in vanilla, raspberry and chocolate. It's a bit more expensive than regular ice cream but very tasty. I forget the name of the brand but i'm sure there are other brands of soy milk and lactose free ice cream out there.

They are soya made ice cream that you can buy. Whenever you go to the ice cream palour you can ask for this one and they will sell it to you. It is as enjoyable as the milky one. All the best.
