In my experience, AVG anti virus is the best one for my pc to protect from all threats. It is the best of the best, I think.
Norton slow down your computer speed. Many anti virus program mes are costly. AVG is obtained from grisoft. I regularly update this and enjoy my pc for about 8 years. What about you? Thanks to Mylot!

Unfortunately, AVG will no longer be free! I had AVG and loved it for a long time. Then I got a message that said the free edition would stop being updated on a certain date, I forgot when. I got rid of it and now have another one called NOD, which I got from a friend. It isn't supposed to be free, but this one was.

I am sorry! I looked around the site more and found a new version, 8.0, that is also free. They were just trying to trick me into switching from 7.5 free to a pay version. I am so glad I read your discussion and explored because I really do like AVG better than the one I have now.
