is money a root of all kinds of evil or the love of it?

The LUST of money is the root of all Evil. When money becomes more important to you than life itself then it is evil. Money in and of itself is neither good nor evil as it is a material possession but when you start lusting after it, it becomes evil to answer your question, my attitude tword money is simple... I can either take it or leave it. I am not nor will I ever be ruled by money. Money in and of itself does not define me nor will it ever since as long as my bills are paid I do not care weather I am broke or not. Thank you for the interesting topic and have a beautiful day!!!

In my opinion money isn't everything. Its just paper that helps you live better. But it doesn't make you live happier.

I have to agree with you FJ! Its people who have evil in their hearts to begin with. Then when things go bad, they wants to blame it on everyone else but themselves. Including money!

I've always been told that the LOVE of money is the root of ALL evil and I can see how that can happen. If you have never had money and experienced poverty, and it makes you never WANT to experience it again, depending on how you take that, you can use money for evil or for good.

Money can buy anything but not love so I think if you use your money in a good way then its okay but if you let your money be your master then its bad.
