Reversed funds from Bank account back to Paypal ???!

Hi guys especially to all Pinoys out there I just wanna know if have you experience this kind of problem? They (UnionBank) reversed my funds from Paypal and said that its invalid bank account information. How did it happen!?? Last April I tried withdrawing my funds from Paypal to my bank account which is Union Bank (Eon card), it was successful. I even manage to visit ATM machine just to withdraw them. I didn't change any information on my paypal account, but why is it happening now?! They reversed my funds twice.... So, they charge me $5 because they said the bank account i putted there is invalid. _
