mine is denial especially when im drunk. hehehehe i tend to be strong and told to my friends that i can still drink and stand on my own.. but its NOT... hehehehhehehehe..

Sometimes, if I've been through a great ordeal, I just try to smile and laugh (even if deep inside it's hurting a lot). It helps to ease the pain and have a clearer mindset so as not to cloud my judgment.
However, an immediate defense I do is smoking. And once, I did 11 sticks in a row after an extremely rough day at work.

Actually I did. I had to take a long break. I left my office for a while and stayed out for 2 hours. As I finished the last stick that day, I felt really nauseous. The next day, I had to go to the clinic as my asthma got worse. (sigh) It didn't happen again though and I won't let it.
