what to call a person like this ?

in my work place there is a person who in charge on one department, she always make a order but sometime she herself don't follow what have she say. i now that human can make mistake but this person always blame someone else if she had make a mistake. many other workers don't like her so much, i don't know what a kind person she is? in your opinion what to call this person and how could the environment change her to be a good person. other people also make mistake but they accepted it not like this person she always want to win.

It sounds as if this person has a superior complex. She wants to give the orders but not take them herself. It also sounds as if she's a sore loser, she can't admit to mistakes and always wants to blame it on another so that she looks like she's coming out "winning" to her bosses. Have a Great day.

there is no way you can change that person ,i also have some friends who say a lot of things but dont follow them,these people are hipocrits,they just know how to make a rule over someone,and feeling not to talk with the common people.these kind of people are usually ignored by people and i personally try to avoid people with these kind of behaviuor.

I call this disease as hypocritisism and the person who does tha is a hypocrite.
