do you laugh when you get angry?

It is hard for me to keep it all in sometimes and I tend to cry , and sometimes throw things . If I am so frustrated, and things just keep on happening and the fight wont stop , I may say something so off the wall and start laughing .

I do laugh sometimes...it's like releasing from so much bad stuff like anger. It's kind of reverse, instead feeling bad I need to feel good.

i don't think that i will laugh when i get hungry, it is easy to me to get angry when my stomach don't have enough food on it. but don't get me wrong i am not a person like to be angry easily just in case other people did something wrong to me then my anger will come up easily.

Hi Jijo, Laughing is real hard when you are upset or angry. But always try to see the humour side of it . You are hitting / bashing at the person near you but what will happen if that is not the person who irritated you? Try to control yourself and stop yourself from bashing out the next person. What will happen if that is a child near you? The child will not take it easy and cry till the top of the world caves down on to your head.. All the best

Do u mean if one guy get angry to another guy, he still keep smile on his face to him? I think it is really difficult to keep smile in that situation.What i choose to respond is not to talk to him or just leave without a word. I belong to that kind of people who couldn't mask our feeling. I know it is a defect in the communication when i contact with others but I just couldn't change it .It is fate!

When I get angry I try to channel it ito someting productive like my writing. When my husband gets angry, I encourage him to do the same. He used to flip out when he got angry, but he's getting better at controlling himself. Anger should never be directed at another person.

I do laugh sometimes when I am mad. That is when I forget that I am mad or when the person I am mad with does something to actually divert my anger into happiness hehe.

well there had been occasions that i laughed when i was angry. it's not really about controlling anger. it's more about the situation being so ridiculous! it's not a good laugh though i must say. it's more like an exasperated laugh, telling the person that 'i'm amazed you can even think about that'. sometimes the situation really leaves me with no choice but to laugh. guess it's not really too bad being able to laugh still. ;p

This is not a cup of tea for any one who could laugh at the time of getting angry. But I tried many tiems to do my level best to do and I had got success many times. And this is good idea to get rid of angry on anyone who make you disturb... So, keep trying to do it, you to will get success.. best of luck

I do actually! It is awful, usually it is with the kids, they do something and although I am mad, really mad, I laugh and I have to go out of the room so they cannot see me. I also used to laugh if I had done something wrong, in fact I would not just laugh I would get the giggles and end up in even bigger trouble than ever.

i used to... when my brothers make such a big mess and i am so angry but they look so cute!!! so i guess i did!!! lol..

No,it's hard for me to laugh in that situation. When i'm angry,i will always keep myself in the room,try to think and calm down,but sometimes i can't help myself from throwing things and kicking things :( i think it's very crude,and every time i will regret for doing that.

Everyone cannot laugh when they got angry. Definitely I am not that guy. I will show my anger to the person who made me angry by shouting at them or even punching them depending upon the situation. But I must tell you one thing, I am not a person who always angry with others.

I usually smile to ease the tension. However, if it is really intense, I'm definitely one of the many who can't laugh while angry. Yeah, it is hard to control anger especially if something really serious has happened. I just try to keep thinking positively that it would be resolved effectively.

No, I can't. When im angry, I show it because if I just hold it inside me and pretend not to be, there is a big possibility that it will burst out soon and will be more complicated. I cannot laugh but I always try to relax and be reasonable when throwing out words.
