No, you don't get any money on Yahoo.Answers, but for me I really enjoy the site!
There is a lot of valueable information, and you can ask for information you need, and there seems to be some knowledgeable answers on there!
You can also get different points of view on subjects also!
I really enjoy it, and I give a lot of answers on there that a lot of people seem to need and appreciate!
And what is most important, I have made some friends on there , that I really enjoy communicating with!
Always remember, "it's not what it does for you, it's what you do with it, that counts"!

Yahoo thinks the points will get people who are addicted to doing everything the best will gethooked and answer so many people's questions. That said, I am one of those people, and I racked up a ton of points until I ran across this tie, which ironically I found on answers. Then I realized I could get paid for the same stuff I love to do: Help people out. I love MyLot and Yahoo! Answers does not compare to it. All that said, the points mean nada, zip, nothing.
