How you usually hunt a good job?

I usually go for online job placements. It would be so nice of you if you can respond with some good websites with jobs and career advice.

Well I agree networking plays an important role for hunting a desired job. and ofcourse online resources help a lot.
there are a lots of big names for job hunting. but today i come across a very good some nice looking website about jobs and career advice. you can visit and evaluate by yourself.

I think networking with people you know is one of the best ways - people always are hearing of job openings at their own work place, also online - monster.com is a great website for finding a job.

I'm not looking for a job, I am self employed. But, if I were, I would look online for job placements.

I hunt for jobs usually 4 ways: yahoo hot jobs, monster.com, local newspaper, and through word of mouth from friends and family.
