India v/s Pakisthan is always a different for both Indians as well as for the Pakisthan viewers as it is said that the INDIANS and the PAKISTHANis are always called the arch rivals.
It is mainly because of the countries differences that are being pointed out by each other.
The other thing is tht the Kargil War that mae these two neighbouring countries go against each other
and ofcourse various other factors

Well India v/s Pakistan is always different because no team can see other being rated higher than itself. This is because they are similar in so many ways like culture, history etc. Beside the political differences add the extra flavor to an India v/s Pakistan.

Pakistan/India have love hate relation. In heart of their hearts they are one.Same Food, same clothing, same culture, same music but still so different They are like twin brothers sepaerated by fate ( ala Manmohan desai film) so the match becomes interesting.
one anecdote.Once Balmohan school( majority Hindus) was playing with Anjuman-e -Islam ( All Muslims) school.
Balmohan had one muslim player. He was not getting out.So in Lunch A.e.I.school captain went to him and Jokingly said
"Yaar ab mhahajab ke liye to out ho ja"
