Sore Throat..Please Help..

I have a very sore throat on the right side. I am pregnant and i have taken paracetomol and have had some throat lozenges throughout the day. it feels better one minute and then sore again the next,please someone tell me what i can do to get rid of it quickly as its making me feel ill..
