what do you usually do when you're depressed?

when i'm depressed because of something, there are three things that help me recover: 1 sleep 2 eat 3 shopping how do you overcome depression? please share your thoughts. it may come in handy for me and for others. =)

if i m depressed, i will start to listen to those song i like and then sing until i feel very tired...after that i will sleep for few hours...

I usually sleep and mope around. I try to find things to do. Sometimes I will drink which i know makes it worse but for temporary it makes me feel better. i just try to make it through.

i used to drink. not until my friends told me what i was like when drunk. =) sleeping does really help me a lot.

If I am really really depressed I tend to just lock myself away, go to bed and watch television, if I am just a little depressed I go shopping that usually cheers me up, or sometimes i just come on here and post in Mylot.

when i'm depressed, i just close my eyes and start to daydream of all the things that i wanted but never had the chance to have it.:{

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
