Do You have Eye Sight??? Do You prefer using Spectacles or Contact Lenses?????

Share your views regarding Eyes as they are the things with which you are reading this discussion.
Aren't we having responsibility of protecting them, if you feel the requirement share your ideas here.
I am having sight since my 9-th grade it is -1.25 right eye & -1.75 left eye.I am planning to use contact lenses which i had not used earlier.
I was adviced to eat lot of carrots and green vegetables and look far without spectacles for sometime.
What about you and do advice me.

I am -3.25 in one eye and -6.75 in the other! I have worn contact lenses since i was fifteen. I only wear my glasses late at night when my lenses dry my eyes out.
I find glasses uncomfortable no matter how lightweight they are. They hurt behind my ears

I have good eyesight. In fact, I have a 20/20 vision. So I don't think that I need any contact lenses nor eye glasses. Well, at least for now. I think you should see your optometrist and seek for professional advice as to what you should do. Good luck!
