how u manage your family when r u on work ? means if r u working woman how u manage both things ? its really hard for woman ! manage family and manage work both one time !

Well, for me its hard if you are working wife and mother. In seven days you have only 2 days for your family together in whole day the rest of the day you are out of your home only evening you can met your kids and your hubby. But that's not mean that you don't have time for them everyday. As a mother and a wife, we should do our obligation for our family everyday.
