I would love to lose 20 pounds or at least one size, but I'm so stubborn and I love my sweets. i don't do much fried or fast foods. I love veggies and healthy snacks but sweets, like chocolate and ice cram, are my downfall.
I'm going to start walking for at least a half hour every morning (while hubby and the kids are asleep) starting this week once the rainy mornings start and I hope that jump starts my metabolism and my energy level. I live in a town full of hills and I can feel the burn in my calves.
The kids sap the energy out of me and I can't get the stamina I need to work out. I have a weight room and an AbLounger (which the hubby yells at me about because I use it as closet, lol).
What do you do to get the energy needed to get off your behind and workout?

What I do is that I run on my treadmill for an hour. I also make sure that I am not eating too much. I still love to eat my sweets because I can't live without them but I make sure that I am having small portions of both sweets and the food that I eat. I wish you all the luck with this and I hope that you reach your goal. I've been losing weight too and have been taking it slow so that my body doesn't spiral out of control. Good luck. ^_^
