do they ever clear stuff out here!

I just realised I replied to a discussion from over a year ago! And the person has not been active for over 60 days!
Obviously I wasted my time.
Why oh why do the management here not delete accounts dead for, say, ninety days and take all their discussions with them? Or even just delete discussions a year or more old?
I really wish they would - but I know they will not. First it is work for them to change things and second it makes the site look busier than it is.

Yeah, I've been in that same situation before. More than once now I've stumbled across an interesting looking discussion only to realize that it was started 1 year ago and the most recent response was posted 9 months ago. It's really annoying and a bit disappointing. I agree with you that the staff should clear out discussions that have been inactive for a long amount of time.
