When you're at work what time do you take a lunch break?

When I'm at work I normally eat at my desk and work through my lunch. I eat at 11am and finished by noon. Then I take an actual lunch break at 12pm til 1pm. This allow me to actually leave my desk and go to the fitness room during my lunch hour. That's one nice perks about working for my company we have a free in-house fitness center. It's not too big and not too small. We have two treadmills, one eliptical, one stationary bike, one bench a rack of weights up to 50lbs a workout station with three stations. It's pretty nice for an office of about 150 or so employees. When do you all take lunches?

me? i take my lunch at 11am so that by 12pm to 1om i can take a nap, in order for me to recharge my strength and energy...hehehe...thats quite cheating but i cant help it niether my boss cant stop me doing it..hehehe...

well at my job our lunch is and hour and becuase it is very clean and neat they dont allow you to eat anywhere except the breakroom or outside.

When the bell rings! This past year it was 12:17 to 12:37. Yes that is 20 minutes! I have to get students to the lunchroom and back in that same 20 minutes.

I work in EMS so I am in the ambulance for 12 hrs a day. We dont have a set time when we can eat. Just put it this way if we have some down time which is very rare like once every eight moths then we can stop some where to grab something. But, in this job pack a luch and hope that you get time to eat it. If not at least you can eat after work.

Dear friend,
In our office the luch time is from 1.00 to 2.00. But I do have lunch when I get time and feel hungry if the work is not pending.May be an urgent work could block my lunch time evern if I am hungry I first try to finish my urgent work. Hence most of time I have my lunch after 1.30 or 2.00. Actually I do not have a accurate timin in having lunch if I am at office. I may be too busy with my own office works sometimes I even forget my luch time may be at time I may have my lunch duing the eveining.

I work 10 hour days so I try to save it for as late as possible. It just seems to make my day go faster. I will go usually anywhere between 12PM and 2PM.
