Has Suing Gone Too Far?

It seems that more and more people want to sue others over crazy things. They say they are doing it for justice, but is it for money? I know times are hard and things are getting more expensive but suing someone for nonsense is just plain stupid. You can resolve your problems without the need for money.

I'm with you, people will sue over any little thing and the judges will let it in their courts.
I don't think people do it because they need money as much as they see it as a quick way to get some.
I don't know what was going on out there before that woman sued McDonalds over the hot coffee and won, but it seems to have really took off after that little farce.
