What about smoking vs drinking? Do drinkers have more rights?

I feel that smokers are treated as 2nd class citizens and drinkers are portrayed as funny,humourous individuals that are good to hang around and have fun with.

Hi LLL, welcome to mylot and wich you the best luck. You are right and it is unfair. If you are near a smoker you can go far him but a drinker is dangerous because when they are driving can kill many persons in seconds and none have a way to avoid it.
