I have a tag on my mattress that says "Do not remove by penalty of law." Should I remove it? LOL!!! Okay, so this wasn't important. But it's funny! And true. It really does have that tag. So... should I remove it?

If you want to. The tag on mattresses is there because early on in the history of the United Stated unscrupulous mattress makers would stuff mattresses with anything they could get away with. A method was needed to be assured that the materials in mattresses were of a quality origin. So, the tags were created with their legal warnings. The warnings however are only true up until bought by a consumer. So unless you own a store, removing the tag, or not, is up to you.

I did not know that. LOL. I guess I will be removing that tag, then. Haha! I thought it was hilareous, when i first read it. Glad to know it was meant for the supplier of the mattress, and not the consumer. Thanks!
