I have tried drinking shake when I was single and it was very effective indeed, I stopped it when I lost my fat belly and tried to maintain by my own since I also can't afford anymore buying those products..Now, I gain a little and tried to exercise and minimize my rice intake since I do love rice!

Some of the shakes do work, but all of that stuff can be costly. Starchy foods can be the extra weight on, and those are the foods that taste so good.

well to be honest with you the only diet plan I have found is the one you stick to. I really don't think there is a better diet plan out there than the one I tried which was called suddenly slim. that stuff worked. But as any other diet none of them will work if you don't do them as planned. And there is no wonder pill out there to lose weight. You have to exercise, eat right and change your old habits of when and how much you eat. One without the other will only lead to failing in the weight loss you want to lose.So what ever plan you find just stick to it and exercise and follow the program all the way through even after you get to the size you want to be. Cardio is the key to get rid of unwanted excess.

Suddenly Slim did work great. I love that product, but I don't have the money for it right now. I will agree with you that following a plan is the best way for a diet to work.

I have never eer been one to diet. I think that diets are something made up by some industry out there to make people think they need to look a certain way. Yeah I'm a bit heavy, but I am happy and healthy. I don't look extrememly feminine, but that doesn't matter to me. I am who I am, and I'm happy.

It's great when you are happy with your appearance. Not many people can say that or will say it anyways. I know I am not happy with mine, but I am my own worse critic.

I love to eat and hate to diet.. Both my husband and myself need to be eating better for our health, but we are stuck in old eating habits.. He did recently quit eating mayonnaise and white bread and was losing about 3 pounds a month just by changing these two habits, but again, he went back to his old ways.. So, as far as a diet this is the best that we have tried..

Sometimes it's hard to break old habbits and to stop eating the foods that you enjoy. Thank you!
