chain link fences or block fences?

i prefer chain link fences as you get to see your neighbours and the activitiwes around the neighbourhood and feel that you are living in a society but it is a bit intrusion on ones privacy, still comapred to block fences chain link fences givethe feeling a commuity livign

I so want the wood privacy fencing. I have chain link and yes its nice to see neighbors if you like them.....I have alot of kids living by me and everytime I get in the pool to just relax I get kids begging to swim with me. I feel bad but Im not swimming with them they are kids. When my kids are home its different but they want to swim with me lol.

Yeah some of the older kids do seem to walk by alot lol. Not so much now while Ive been pregnant but last year they did.

Honestly, I think chain link fences are ugly, and if I were to go for a fence I would probably choose some kind of wrought iron, or maybe the plastic white ones with points every few feet from the home depot.

I want my privacy so block fencing or walls. Hate being able to see the neighbours or them to see me, I'm a very private person. Had bamboo screening up which was great but recent bad weather wrecked it and it had to come down, can't wait to get some breeze block walls up now, especially if we have a chance to put a pool out there!

i like privacy fences made of wood but i have a chain link since it was already with the house
