White or wheat? Gourmet bread?

Bread -- which do you prefer? Do you think wheat is better for your body? I prefer wheat bread because it has more flavor and the taste reminds me of my grandparents. White bread is bland, unless you add things to it. What about special breads?

I love honey wheat. Subway's Honey Oat is my favorite bread of all time. Such a great flavor!
