How to handle intrigues?

How did you guys handle it? Do you take time to know who started it? Did you ever confront them? Or you just ignore it and leave it all behind?

What's an intrigue? I also thought this was a verb.... rewrite and maybe I'd have something to say... But the poor or incomprehensible English and laziness on this site often stops me in my tracks!

Very actual topic for me now. Usually i confront. My reactions are sharp and i allways take the smallest details very deeply and personally. Of course, this is wrong! I have noticed that this damages my health, my sleeping, my appetite. So i still search a realistic way to overcome my sensibility and to be more thick-skinned.

I like that! It's really one good way to confront those people who has nothing to do good but to say lot of nonsense on thier fellow. Hope you could handle it well and you won't be affected too much. Goodluck and godbless!
