There are some people's sweat that smell too strong. I know some of them that in the moment they go out their bath they smell horrible. I think it is a problem of their body. The only thing they can do is to use a lot of perfum. Is there anything else they can do ?

deodorants actually are meant tio help us reduce the incidence of these horrible smells coming out from our armpits, but they can sometimes irritate the skin for those with very sensitive skins

They need to drink more water, and cut sweets out of their diet. If you eat too many sweets you do stink. Some spices and other foods also make you smell toxic. If these things do not help, then possibly they have bad teeth, or ulcers. Like you said, it may be a problem with their bodies.

Tell him to consult a doctor. I think its inside his body, no amount of perfume can cure him. Therr are some take in medicine to cure the smell.

I use deordant daily, so I'm not really used to smelling my own sweat, but on those rare occassions that I do tend to sweat and am able to smell it, it is foul, of course, but not enough to knock someone out. Lol. I have came across those who smelled extremely foul, perhaps they didn't use enough deordant or maybe none at all, but it could also be due to a medical condition. Perhaps, a skin infection, or something they ate?
