New payout structure Click - Cent ????

I have just been over at Click-Cent. First of all I'm not able to log in because the Security numbers aren't showing up. Second Click-Cent now is "privatly owned by its members" and you MUST be a Premium member to be paid. The upgrade is at the moment $10 but will increase to $20. Also I quote; When you request a payment you will be paid only $10 and the rest will be put back to your account. What do you think about this - anyone who decided to upgrade?
