stare at the four black dots in the center of the image for 30-60 seconds.then quickly close your eyes and look at something bright (like a lamp or a window with sunlight coming through it).you should see a white circle with an image inside it. thanks

yes that true , in fact this is based on the mechanism due to which we are able to see any objects. there are so many things which creates am imaginary pictures in our mind

thanks for appreciation, well it works on the mechanism by which we are able to feel any object we see. the pictures get printed in our eyes

i didn't work. i saw nothing. but wait, can it is because stare at the four black dots only for 15 seconds (60 second? pls, i am not that patient

Concentrating on four dots at the center for 30-60 seconds is enough. All the best.

thats really a nice exprience. though it just an illusion but it gives peace to our heart.it always work but with little concentration. sometimes people become impassionate at that time it doesn't work
