How To Make Multiply Themes

Based from what I know, themes are created using Cascading Style Sheets (commonly known as CSS). It is the script that modifies the way you see your multiply layout. Pictures on themes can also be modified using CSS. Just point the specific code to a picture on the web to show it as your background for example. It really needs patience and experimentations to finish a theme. As for now, I just use themes created by other multiple users. Maybe when I have time I finally can create one for my site. You can copy the ready made codes and then fill each line that you want to change with the htmls you want like for the banner and stuff. You can also change the font and font color from there. It require time and patience but it would be worth it.
