I suggest you read a lot of English books like novels. Watching a lot of English movies is also a big help. Also practice with a native speaker of English.

Well, There are many ways. Friendship with english speaking person, Watch English movies (with display subtitle)& News, Read English News paper loudly in front of mirror to improve your pronunciation.
