This question is adressed especialy to people that know what I am talking abt. So my problem is my friend forgets a lot..( about 70-80% of what he supposed to remember)...even it is an important thing to remember or something banal. he's 28..
Any advice would be usefull. I would like to know if you or someone you know has this problem, because I saw it is difficult for 'the others' to understand, and how you cope with it?
Thank`s a lot!

Memory loss...that is one common problem that most of us is suffering nowdays. Even me suffer it many times. There are times I just stop myself from doing something 'coz I realize that i forgot what i really wanted to do in the first place.

That is sad :( Has your friend seen a physician in regards to this? It sounds like dimensia. He is very young so I don't know if that is possible to have at his age. Has he tried Ginko Biloba? That is suppose to help with memory function. It may be ADD or ADHD. If he has not, I would strongly urge him as his friend to talk to a doctor about it. Good luck :)

I hope that its not an early sign of alzheimer's. The best possible to do is to have a medical check up. In this way he will be assured of what is happening to him.
