Anyone here earning good money in internet? Other than ptc and mylot, what is the best way to earn in internet?

I've used Inboxdollars for while now. They send you emails to read for a few cents each, and they also have offers you can complete (some free some not) that can pay anywhere from 25 cents to $15. Boomertowne and wellness360 are both sites that allow you to cash out fairly quickly. I've received payout from Boomertowne. I haven't reached payout with wellness360 yet but I have friends who have. Anyone can pm me for more info.

Can anyone register on wellness360? I mean does it accept international members or only people from USA? I couldn't find any FAQ or help on that site. Please let us know.
