Well I can't truely help you. The size of the TV and the size and shape of the room all play factors in a good visual placement. Also if you have surround sound this all matters as well as to where to place it. It should at least be set at eye level for viewing ease. It should also be about 4 feet or so from the viewing area for best viewing. But size renders where it is best to place it.

If you want to, youc an always hang it up with brackets in a corner or smack dab in the middle of a wall? I have hung my small 19inch in my kitchen up. This way i dont get greesy hand prints on it.
